TikTok is known for its famous trends. A memorable one from a couple of months ago was Dalgona coffee, also known as whipped coffee, where instant coffee, sugar, and water are whisked until it looks almost fluffy and then added to milk. Keeping the “fluffy” aspect, this new pastry called Cloud Bread has made its way to TikTok and is blowing up.

*3 egg whites
*10g corn starch
*30g white sugar
– Whisk the egg whites until bubbly, then add the dry ingredients until stiff peaks form
– Bake it at 300°F for about 25 minutes
The bread has a particular cotton candy-like texture, as it is fluffy and dissolves in your mouth. However, after some time, people started realizing that it appears to look a lot more appetizing than it actually is. Many people noticed that it is almost flavorless since there is no distinct ingredient that would make it flavorful. Unlike Dalgona coffee, Cloud bread looks good in pictures, but not for a good snack.
