“Is Your Family Experiencing Greater Conflict During a Time of Self-Quarantine?”

The New York Times article, “Is Your Family Experiencing Greater Conflict During a Time of Self-Quarantine?” asks whether or not your family members are getting along with each other and gives tips to help keep the peace.

Question: How well do you get along with the members of your family? Are you experiencing more conflict during the coronavirus pandemic? Are you experiencing more conflict with your parents or guardians, for example? With your siblings?

Although some might say that more family problems arise during this pandemic, I would beg to differ. Since I usually do not see my sister often because she goes to college, I thought I would argue with her more often, however it is quite the opposite. We get along well and the same goes with my parents. We are relatively happy and genuine, but my sister and I are starting to get tired of going on multiple walks a day while also having to do academic work (so we haven’t been going on many walks with my parents lately). So I would have to say I am enjoying the time spent on family despite the pandemic.
